Delivery Policy

SHIPPING POLICY - THE BASICS

There are 2 options for delivery to your address, as follows:

  • Standard delivery:

    • Delivery to main centres within 5 – 14 working days (Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria).

    • Delivery to regional & outlying areas could take up to 5 – 20  working days

  • Expedited delivery:

    • Delivery to main centres within 5 – 10 working days (Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria).

    • Expedited delivery is not available for regional & outlying areas 

  • PLEASE NOTE

  • We will only deliver to a physical address, not P.O. Box addresses.

  • Please provide us with a physical address that is normally occupied during office hours as deliveries take place between 08h30 and 17h00 on weekdays (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Every delivery must be signed and endorsed, as proof of delivery.

  • Additional delivery charges may apply to outlying areas, as well as the delivery of selected goods. If applicable, this will be highlighted during the checkout process.

  • We currently only deliver within South Africa.

Delivery Policy

The following Delivery Policy is only valid for merchandise purchased via the Victory Adventure website (“the Online Store”). This policy has been developed to ensure the accurate and secure delivery of all purchases according to your delivery needs.   1. Free shipping for orders over R1200 applies to main centres only and it excludes large and heavy items. Large and extra-large items are charged on a per item basis.

  2. We deliver products to physical addresses within the borders of the Republic of South Africa. Outside the border free delivery does not .Customer will be charged a separate delivery fee FOR DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE SOUTH AFRICAN BORDERS .Collections can be arrange and the goods can be delivered to the runner within South Africa.

  3. Deliveries to main centres will be made within 5-14 business days upon acceptance of your order.

Deliveries to outlying areas will be made within 5-20 business days upon acceptance of your order.

  1. Quoted delivery times are a guide only and while Victory Adventure to meet the targeted delivery times, from time to time factors beyond our control can result in delayed delivery.

  2. A unique order number will be communicated to you via email which can be used to track the status of your order.

  3. Your deliveries will be made through our designated courier company, Courier Guy, or Aramex. For information on their Terms and Conditions, refer to the www.courierguy.co.za or www.aramex.co.za

  4. Once you have indicated your address and you have received confirmation of your order, we regret that no changes to the specified address and/or delivery option will be accepted.

  5. We reserve the right to contact customers and arrange alternative delivery methods and timelines if their delivery address is remote or to cancel the order if delivery is not feasible.

  6. Before you finalise your order, you have the option to indicate in the "notes" field whether the order should only be delivered to you OR you can specify an alternative authorised person's name to receive it on your behalf. You or the authorised person will be required to show proof of identification to the courier upon delivery.

  7. In order to safeguard your purchase, the carrier will only deliver to the specified address and to you or one of the people indicated on the notes of the order as being authorised to receive your parcel.

  8. The courier will request proof of identity from the person receiving the parcel if this was indicated in the "notes" field of the order.

  9. All parcels delivered will be secured with a unique purchase sealing tape. Should this be broken, please follow the guidance below in point 16.

  10. The person receiving the parcel will be asked by the courier to sign the waybill indicating that the parcel/carton has been received undamaged and in good condition.

  11. Proof of ID may be requested to verify authenticity of purchaser.

  12. In the unlikely event that the parcel/carton is damaged and/or the security seal is broken, then the receiving person can either:

RECEIVING THE ORDER

  1. Check the parcel in front of the driver and indicate on the courier's waybill (delivery documentation) whether there are any

Both parties (the courier and the person receiving) will need to co-sign their names against this indication. If the receiving person chooses to still accept the damaged carton, the waybill will reflect that a damaged parcel was received and accepted with both parties co-signing.

  • breakages, and/or

  • damages and/or

  • items missing.

  • Alternatively, the receiving person can send the parcel back and indicate on the waybill the reasons for sending the parcel back. Both parties will need to co-sign against this indication.

  2. Victory Adventure reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders and terminate accounts at the company's discretion
